What are the Fees?

For Estate Planning, including Wills & Trusts, we usually determine a "total fee" rather than hourly billing when we have completed the planning discussion. The total fee is determined by the length of your office appointment, the complexity of your estate planning goals, and complexity of your documents. To make the most economic use of your appointment time you will want to bring the completed information form that we send you when you make an appointment and a copy of your current Will, Trust, Deeds, and other important papers.

The office has a minimum fee of $200 for Estate Planning services (consultation &/or documents); and a minimum fee of $250 for a Consultation about Settling an Estate from existitng documents. A Consultation incurs no obligation on your part for additional services. Payment by check is due at the first appointment.
